McBride Construction came to Leonard Harvey needing a brand and website that reflected the genuine quality and credibility of their work. Led by Karl McBride with extensive local and international construction experience, the business had the track record — it just needed a digital presence to match.
The brief covered two things: a complete brand identity — logo, colour palette, typography, and visual language — and a full website design and build that would serve both residential homeowners looking for earthquake repairs and commercial property clients seeking maintenance and structural strengthening.
Given the Christchurch context — a city still rebuilding more than a decade after the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes — the brand needed to communicate one thing above all else: trust. The kind of trust you extend to someone working inside your home.
